Buy with confidence..... If you see the same product for less, contact us within 7 days of placing your order and we'll refund 110% of the difference. There are a few rules (see below), but this price match means you can be sure your paying the lowest possible price.

To ensure we deal with your enquiry quickly, please contact us by telephone (01702 614430) between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). You'll need to provide details of where you have seen the product and the advertised price. We'll contact the retailer and once they confirm the product is available, we'll refund 110% of the difference to the card you used when you placed the order.

To ensure clarity, we have a few basic rules.

• You must report the price difference within 7 days of placing an order.
• The products must be the same (like for like).
• The price must be the regular selling price (not a special offer or sale price).
• The product must be available for anyone to purchase (i.e. in stock).
• The product must be new (not second hand or second condition).
• The other company must be a retailer not a manufacturer, importer, ditributor or wholesaler.
• The other retailer must be a UK based company and the price quoted in pounds sterling.
• Our price match does not apply to shipping or other handling/administration fees.
