Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions:

Q: How much is delivery?
A: For UK mainland addresses, delivery is £4.95. For Islands, Highlands and European destinations the price varies and is automatically calculated when you select your delivert destination. Please make sure you select the correct option of your address to prevent your order will being delayed while we contact your for the correct delivery charge.

Q: Do you deliver to Europe?
A: Yes, The price varies depending on location and the weight of the parcel. Please contact us for a quote.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order
A: We usually process and dispatch orders within a couple of days. Depending on your location your items will be sent by 24 or 48 courier service (you should allow upto 5 working days for some European destinations).

Q: How do I pay for my order
A: Payment is made online via our dedicated secure payment system which you access via the "checkout" page on this website. We accect all major credit cards (except American Express) and Switch/Maestro. We only dispatch orders once payment has been received and don't offer credit accounts.

Q: How secure are my details?
A: Your personal security is very important to us. We use the same technology used by major banks, government institutions and credit card companies. When making a payment on any of our websites, any information sent to us is protected by 128 Bit SSL encryption keys and information is sent via 128bit SSL certificates. This means that we are taking no risks to ensure that your personal information is safe and secure.

Q: I've placed my order, when can I expect to receive it?
A: Orders are usually dispatched by courier using either a 24 or 48 hour service within 3 working days of the order being placed (excludes weekends and bank holidays). We'll send you an email with the tracking information when we dispatch your parcel..

Q: I placed the order in error, how do I return the items to you?
A: You may be return items in their original condition, at your expense, within 7 days of the goods being delivered and signed for. Please download and complete our returns form from www.esuasion.co.uk. This should be included with your parcel and will help us process your returned items quickly.

Q: What happens if the Item I've ordered is out of stock?
A: We hold huge stocks. However, from time to time we do run out of stock of some items. When this happens we'll contact you with the expected delivery date, offer you an alternative or a refund.

Q: What happens if my products are damaged in transit?
A: All goods are checked before despatch, but In the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of signing for the goods, giving details of the damaged items. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched and the damaged goods to be collected free of charge.

Q: What will name will appear on my credit card for this transaction?

Q: Why are your prices so much lower than high street shops?
A: We operate from UK based warehouses, so we don't need to pay for a lot of fancy shop fittings. All this saves us money without compromising on the quality of the product. We also operate several different online shops so we can negotiate low delivery rates. This allows us to pass these savings on to you.

Q: Do you supply products at trade prices?
A: We are a retail outlet, but we do offer discounts when buying products in multiple quantities. The price breaks are displayed on each product information page.

Q: Are the sizes shown in centimeters or inches?
A: It depends on the product. The measurement unit is display at the bottom of the product information page.

Q: How acurate are the sizes shown?
A: All our products are hand made from natural materials so the sizes shown are approximate and should be used for guidence only.

Q: Can you send me a catalogue?
a: We don't publish a catalogue because our product range changes with new items being added all the time. Everything we sell is available to view and buy online.
